I cannot recommend Tamara Bish highly enough. We are able to speak to her skills on both the selling of a home and the purchase. Let me start by saying we were not the easiest buyers. We had very specific needs in a very small, highly sought after neighborhood, with listings few and far between. She was so patient with us and really took the time to get to know us and exactly what we were looking for. I know from past experience a lot of realtors would of quit on us after a couple of months of looking, but Tamara never made us feel like we were wasting her time. She reassured us that the perfect house was out there for us, and she was right.  After our approximately year-long search, she found us that home, and managed to negotiate the deal, against 14 other offers on the table. If you work with her, you will often hear her say "thats my job". There was no question too small for us to ask, and her answers were always informative and prompt. As to the sale of our previous home, she gave invaluable advice and help about how to prepare for the listing and navigated us through that whole process with so much skill. We were in contract within 3 days of listing. Buying and selling at the same time is somewhat tricky, and she was able to negotiate our timing on both ends which kept things from becoming too much of a circus. She was on top of all the inspections, and always able to steer us towards services we needed on both deals. There was never a moment where we had to worry about things falling through the cracks. She stayed ahead of everything. She remained kind, calm and optimistic through the entire journey. She also kept us from making a couple of big mistakes, and being too much inside our own heads. We started as clients- agent, and have ended as friends. I can say with 100% certainty that you won't be disappointed if you work with Tamara. She is simply amazing!
